We compete vigorously, fairly and in compliance with all applicable laws wherever we do business. We will defend ourselves against these claims."</p> <p>Chip makers Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron have been accused of fixing RAM prices and supply, thereby exacerbating the effects of the <a href="https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/ram-may-be-abominably-expensive-but-hey-at-least-ssd-prices-are-also-exploding">ongoing memory crisis</a>, in a US class action lawsuit.
